Edit Addresses

After an order is placed, you will have the ability to change the address associated with the billing information, or any of the shipping addresses. The changes made here will only have an effect on the order and not the customer's account, or profile. You won't likely need to change an address, but a customer might want the items shipped to a different address so you can change it here.

To Edit an Address:

  1. From the Summary page, click the Edit Addresses tab in the left-side menu.

  2. On the Edit Addresses page you will see the billing address, and all shipping addresses for the order.

  3. Edit the name or address as needed, and click the SAVE CHANGES button when finished.

  4. The order information will be changed and shown on the Order Summary page. The customer's profile or user account will not be changed. That needs to be changed separately, see the hyperlink on Edit a User below.
