How do I contact the tech support/customer service team at Edutrak?

There are two ways to contact the tech support/customer service team at EduTrak. To create a support ticket, log in to the EduTrak Administrative site and click on the Support tab.

Click "Contact Support."

Click "Create a new ticket."

Select a ticket pipeline.

In the smaller box, give us a short summary of the issue or question you have. In the larger box, give us more details including the family and/or student name, if applicable. Also, in this box, let us know how you would prefer us to reply, a phone call or emailed response.  Then click "Send Request."

You may also call us at 800.934.2621. If you call, it is helpful to have the TeamViewer remote support tool ready. The TeamViewer remote support tool can be found on the EduTrak Administrative site in the upper right hand corner of the page.

If you call and do not reach a live person, creating a support ticket will get you a faster response than continuing to redial, as we answer the tickets in the order received.
