How do I get a report of families who have a negative food service balance?

This article will explain how to create a report of families who have a negative food service balance.

To create a report of families who have a negative balance, log in to the LCS Admin site and go to the Reports tab>Family List.

Select the output. The PDF option is better if you want to print this report. Then, select the Balance option for "Search Range Type." Enter a high negative number (such as -99999) in the first field. Then, enter -.01 in the second field, as seen here:

There are several other filter options; select any you wish to incorporate in this report. Then, click the Submit button to create the report.
