This article will explain how to throw out / delete serving lines that have been used to practice.
You may use your serving lines to practice, just do NOT process the lines. (Processing the lines charges the transactions out to the family accounts.)
To throw out a line after using it to practice, go to to the LCS1000 Admin site>Lines tab>Serving Line Processing.
Next, close the lines by clicking the "Close" button, if they are not already closed.
Once the lines are closed, click the "Undo/Edit Lines" button located in the top right hand corner of the page.
Next, click the "Undo empty line" (for lines that did not have any transactions in them) or "Undo Line" (for lines that had transactions in them.) Do this for each line you want to throw out.
Undoing the lines will throw out any transactions (meal items and payments.) It will also reopen the lines so you can practice again, if necessary.
