You can access the Shipping Report from the Menu drop-down. Reports > Transaction Reports > Shipping Report. This report gives you a list of all orders that have a shipping charge involved. We have updated the Sort By field for more sorting choices.
HTML Report
The HTML Report shows the order transactions that have shipping charges with the amount paid. Click Details to see that order in the Order Manager.
Printable Report
The Printable Report automatically gives you a printer-friendly report with the same information as the HTML Report. You can also export the Shipping Report by clicking on the Select Export Format drop-down. You have many formats available to select, including .pdf, Rich Text, .csv and other format types. Then click the Export button to begin the process.
NOTE: The Shipping Report is designed to display all orders that have shipping charges. It will show a minus shipping charge for a refunded shipping order.
