- The system works best if the file is a tab-delimited text file.
- The minimum required data are, Student ID, Student First Name, Student Last Name, DOB, Gender, Grade, School, Enrollment code including withdrawn students.
- There should only be one student record per student. When more than one record per student is provided, the system may not load the data.
- All dates in the file must be in a MM/DD/YYYY format.
- We can import addresses for the US and Canada.
- Our system only stores one guardian name, address, phone number, and email per family.
- We only import one guardian name and address per student. This is for record purposes only. Any number of parents and guardians can register online per student. Their own user information will be reflected back to them for security purposes.
